mypawn.com.au allows your customers to check the status of their loan, as well as providing a facility to make payments towards their loan online, anytime.
mypawn.com.au is seamly integrated within our platform's store-based software to instantly notify your store of the payment, allowing your staff to accept or decline the payment. Accepted payments are automatically applied to the respective loan and a confirmation email is sent to the customer instantaneously.
Our online payments portal has generated over $9,287,608.11 in income for our customers since launch.
Is exclusive to our platform & available to all Pawnbrokers free of charge as part of their subscription.
Customer goes to mypawn.com.au, enters unique code, selects amount to pay & completes payment process.
Shop receives notification of payment, payment can be accepted or declined, customer recieves email on outcome.
Funds are directly transfered into your nominated bank account within 3 business days of payment being accepted.
mypawn.com.au is FREE OF CHARGE in the standard configuration to all Pawnbrokers on our platform.
There is a small charge collected from your customers when making their payment.
* A charge will apply when outside the standard configuration or branding is applied.

With custom branding you can offer a personalised experience of the mypawn payment portal. We can apply your own theme, colours, logos, images & emails. Branding also allows use of your own URL. For example, pay.yourdomain.com instead of mypawn.com.au
Your URL is also reflected on your pawn docket and the paylink for your SMS's.
There is a once off setup cost of $599.00 and an ongoing cost of $20.00 per month per site + GST
